Returns

We will accept returns on merchandise under our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair trading Act. We will refund your credit card account if you paid by credit card, or we will send a cheque refund for those who paid by cheque, the purchase price excluding postage and handling.

We also offer "store credit" if you would like to select other items to purchase. Merchandise must be returned postage paid, in original condition, to the address on the invoice. Include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. All defective products will be accepted for credit, repair or replacement at our discretion. All non-defective products must be returned complete, in resalable condition.
